I couldn't believe how easy it was to file a claim. Then I received my payment in less than a week. It really made caring for my dog so much easier not having to worry about money.

I have always had good results with the payment process through Nationwide Pet Insurance. This last vet visit was just a wellness check. I did ask to have Chloe's pre-existing condition re=evaluated and have not heard from that department. It has been almost a month. Could I be contacted with the decision or if you have further question contact me.

Thank goodness for nationwide pet insurance!

Premium Invoices
It might help to reduce costs if you only sent one invoice for premiums about one month before the expiration date. I'm receiving three notices, the last of which usually arrives after I've already paid the premium. Also, when I get an email regarding a pending claim, it would help if the email mentioned the name of the pet as I have three cats insured with you.
