Awesome service. Within 2 days of faxing, my claim was paid to my account. I recommend Trupanion to friends and family all the time. I wouldn't own a pet without having Trupanion Pet Insurance.

Quick service but mistake on deposit
Every thing was good except that you sent the payment to VCA directly to the hospital rather than by direct deposit to my account. Why is that? Earlier last week you did the direct deposit to McClintock Animal Clinic. So now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for VCA to mail me the money.

I was happy to have $ deposited to my checking account after the vet sent records/invoices but no information was sent to me. As a result, I do not know which claim has been paid and which has not.

It took a long time and much documentation to get a simple claim resolved that had nothing to do with a pre-existing condition. Then my rates were raised over 13%, and the answer makes no sense. Agent promised to look into it and have a response by now, but that didn't happen.

Well worth the cost enrolling in trupani
My claims r made through my vets office and it is extremely seamless and quick. Payments r made in a very timely manner. I just initiated direct deposit so I expect it will b even more timely. I am so glad my vet suggested trupanion; well worth it.
