Healthy Paws is not the same company…
Healthy Paws is not the same company since being bought out by Chubb! We had Healthy Paws for for 10 years before Chubb came along. The 1st thing Chubb did is raise our rate from $156 per month to $417 in a single year. The next thing they did is double our deductible from $250 to $500 and decrease our reimbursement from 90% to 70%. My dog is to old to start shopping around for new insurance. When you are choosing health insurance for your new family member please know that they will not stick by you for the life of your dog. They are not the company they once were!

Recent claim
Recently we had to take our dog for an urgent vet visit. After submitting our claim, it only took about a week for approval and payment was direct deposited quickly. I did call in with some questions prior to filing claim, and customer service was excellent. Thank you!
