First..I would like to say..The people who answer the phones to help you with a claim are very polite, understanding, and helpful. We have used Trupanion a couple of times, and filing a claim is fast and easy. It's a true comfort to know that with the help of Trupanion, we can afford to provide our Dog with the best care possible. Thank you Trupanion for being there.

Great payout experience
They processed my claims quickly. My dog had 2 knee surgeries six weeks apart. They paid for the claim and even reached out to see how my dog was doing afterwards. I highly recommend Healthy Paws! They have been a great insurance company.
