Problem setting up on-line acct
Sales rep was very helpful and patient. My main problem was trying to set up an online account. It kept rejecting my password. I called a service representative and neither of us to get it to work. Also after I gave the sales lady my info abd set up the deductible to be adjusted after 30 days, I still kept getting emails telling me I needed to do something or my insurance would lapse after Jan 16. Again I called another customer service representative to see if I was completely enrolled and had done all I needed to. I think I got 5 emails after spending an hour on the phone with your agent. Just unnecessary emails to have to go through to make sure I had done everything.

Very easy to make our claim
It was all very easy to make our claim. The dog ate a chocolate advent calendar. We took her to the vet and called Furkin to see if it was covered. Yep, it was. They emailed me a form, I filled it out and filed by email and we were paid shortly thereafter.

Reimbursed in 3 days, quick to respond
The waiting period is a bit of a pain but otherwise once you're on the insurance they are so quick to respond, easy to contact a real person for support and I always get my reimbursement within 3 business days. I am so happy we got insurance because our puppy has needed quite a few unforeseen vet visits over the first year of his life.
