Chargeback after my claim was approved
My claim was approved, but after the reimbursement was issued, the funds were unexpectedly taken back. As a result, I never actually received the reimbursement I was entitled to, and it caused significant financial problems for me. I contacted Spot by phone and was told I would receive a follow-up email, but I never did. I also sent an email myself and have still not received any response. The most disappointing part has not been the mistake itself, but the complete lack of communication. I have been left without answers while trying to recover money that was already approved and should have been paid to me. At this point, I had no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
