I was thoroughly impressed with the ease for submitting a claim and the speed in which it was reviewed and processed! So happy I went with Pets Best!
Pet's Best is the best!
Pet's Best has always been a great insurance for our fur baby. The app and claims process is easy peasy. The communication of their policies is very simple to understand. The reimbursement can sometimes take longer than a month, but I have always received them. I would suggest using a credit card to pay upfront because of that issue. Other than that they have been outstanding. They give you the option to choose your payment by your deductible, which I love and they are very affordable.
