Service with a Smile.

I didn’t submit a completed application to insure my newly adopted dog because I needed his name changed from Nixon to Patch. All flustered, I called Fetch’s support line & was fortunate enough to reach Joshua Sábado. He was very helpful and equally as informative. He suggested I increase my annual coverage as the additional cost would be minimal. I heeded his advice to download the app for Fetch to better manage my account and take advantage of offers. He thoroughly explained payment options. I really like his “I can help you with that” attitude. He’s definitely an asset to Fetch.

I have ro say they are expensive and cover nothing

I have ro say they are expensive and horrible. All they do is denie your claims.. I pay 111.00 a month for my dog. He got a bad infection trauma to the mouth so they have to pull teath and do an expensive cleaning I understand they dont cover r Routine dental . This was not routine This was a one time item or my dog was going to die from trauma and infection I am with them for years ..they always look to reject your claim. They pay for nothing. Custome service is horrible All they do is raise your rates My dog had a 700 heart checkup they paid me 70 percent of 200 dollars. The next month they raised his premium 30 dollars a month Mind you I have paid them over 8000 dollars in payments over the years for my dogs . BUYER BEWEARE

Second time I used the insurance. Meh!

The first time I used the insurance I appreciated the payment. This last time not so well. He had to have labs and other tests which will need to repeated. Especially as the monthly fee has increased. I may start looking around for another insurance for my dog.
