After I submitted a claim my bill went from 117 a month for 2 dogs to 170 a month for 2 dogs the rep on the phone said it’s because my state increased the bill. They had nothing to do with the 60$ dogs crew a month

I was at a loss my beautiful, handsome boy had just had a seizure which he had never had before and it left me shaken and at a loss. Didn’t know why and could not even figure out why. I called Pumpkin Insurance and asked for their help. A reassuring voice on the phone helped me to calm down and took care of everything that my guy needed. They were quick, efficient and understanding and eased my stress so I could concentrate on Storm getting better they paid out his invoice in less than 24 hours and I highly recommend them for insuring your pets needs. Quick claims processing
I sent the claims in (first ones of the year) they quickly processed them and are sending me a check to reimburse my payment to the Vet. Like my personal health insurance it is easier to make a monthly premium payment and then get the MD/Vet bill reimbursement...great insurance.
