Highly recommended - fast, efficient service!
I have never had to use my pet insurance until these last few months (actually, never really had pet insurance until a few years ago) but man, Pumpkin has exceeded my expectations on all counts! The submission process is easy to do and they communicate within 24 hours to let me know status. Plus, you can have direct deposit to your bank so there's a very short wait period before getting your reimbursement. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Takes a long time to reach deductible
Takes a long time to reach deductible. Once you reach the deductible, it takes FOREVER to process the claim and pay out.... once the pay out is there, it's more like a coupon rather than insurance.
