Pets Best did cover the necessary diagnosis and procedure in full as per our policy. They did take a full month to reimburse us however which was a long time to wait.
Straightforward Claim Process—Exactly as Expected
Submitting a claim with Pets Best was simple and straightforward. The only hiccup was logging in through the app - email validation didn’t always work, so I had to switch to Safari on my phone. Once I was in, the claim submission process was extremely easy. Processing took a little longer than I would’ve preferred, but based on the reviews I’d read beforehand, the timeline was exactly what I expected. Communication from Pets Best was clear throughout, and I always knew where my claim stood.

Too good to be true
Too good to be true, high deductibles, due date changes all the time,(they change your payment date without your knowledge) and they don't take accountability for any of it. I was with them for 3 years and they did numerous times.
