I am so grateful for an easy process through a difficult time

I am so grateful that I have Healthy paws insurance as my black lab had to have ACL surgery. The on line platform makes it so easy to submit all my claims. I was very impressed with the turn around time and having my payment be directly deposited into my bank account. The best part is that my pup, Mae, is doing great! Thank you!

They will continue to charge you…

They will continue to charge you account even after the explicit ending period for your contact, and they will hide behind long reply times and long tedious steps to stop you from cancelling your policy, especially if you are abroad, don’t even bother buying their insurance in the first place

Enroll with Ease

The ease of navigating through the website to enroll was smooth. Plan comparison data were clear. Option of monthly or annual payment was beneficial. The discount incentive to enroll via internet was a smarter marketing option which I took advantage of. The option to still speak to a live person with the repeated enroll by calling contact information enhanced mytrust and confidence in this enrollment process. Finally, seeing the awards given to MetLife Pet Insurance year after year, was the defininig moment to go with this plan as oppose to comparing it to the Pet Insurance Plan offered by my spouse's company.
