The great and the bad

Reimbursement and customer service for claim errors has been top notch. The app used to be great and easy but now it is terrible. The Face ID no longer works, no longer saves my login. I can see basic info but then if I want to see claims or change, it opens a browser within the app to login again which is weird. But no matter how many times that browser comes up, it thinks it’s a new device and needs to be verified with email every time although always the same device and always through the app. Sometimes it just glitches and says unavailable. Weird. Am worried how much it’ll be raised after claims.

Scam

Had them for a month they took my money and then when I submitted the bill after the dog being fixed microchips needles and everything it was a big Bill. And now they're fighting not to pay any of it they keep asking for more documents they keep asking for bills prior to even having them as an insurance I submitted the bill I submitted the stuff everything else that should be more than sufficient and I shouldn't be held up asking for more crap you have everything. Cancel the movie going with somebody that actually that can build directly and I don't have to go through this first bill and they don't want to pay a cent took my money won't give it back and won't pay nothing for the bill not a very good insurance beware of this pet insurance I have e submitted all medical records I have submitted a full detailed bill so everything has been submitted they're now asking me for bills prior to having your insurance which they have no right to ask for

Embrace has been sitting on a claim for…

Embrace has been sitting on a claim for my dog since August. Her spay had gone wrong and we were in the ER with her bleeding out. (She's well now.) We'd picked Embrace because their marketing material promises to pay the provider directly. Except you need a secret 800-number to even talk to a live person after hours, and nowhere do they provide this info. Flash forward to now, almost two months later, and we're still waiting for reimbursement for a four-figure vet visit. All of the paperwork has been provided, and receipt has been verified, yet they're sitting on the claim and not replying to queries as to when we can expect payment. We've already switched providers. At this point, I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Ohio Department of Insurance, and the NAIC. Under no circumstances should you work with this company.
