The Best

All I had to do was take a picture of my vet bill receipt and upload it to the claim. Within 24 hours it was paid to my linked care credit card used to pay the vet bill. It literally could not have been easier.

Claim for cat Jerry

Had to bring our 2 year old cat Jerry to the emergency vet when he stopped eating and was throwing up. He ended up with a hairball blockage that the vets were able to resolve. It was very easy to submit our claim and communicate with Pets Best. I highly recommend them as your pet insurance!

So easy and quick

It is so easy to file a claim with ASPCA insurance. I can do it all online in minutes. I have used this insurance for 2 years and have no complaints. The payments are quickly deposited into my account within just a few days and I have never had an issue with a claim being paid

Please pay attention before you join.

I have had more trouble with this insurance companies customer service than any service. They love to get paid every month but when it's time for a payout from them, they claim it's preexisting when in fact it was not! $2100 vet bill! My vet and I had to submit paperwork to dispute the claim and as proof that it was not preexisting! Just know they will give you a lot less than you bargained for. Still awaiting a decision.
