Best customer service in the pet insurance business

My dog Ladybug was in the hospital for one night and it cost over $1300. Embrace pet insurance processed and reimbursed me for 80% of the cost within two weeks of my claim submission. I’ve recommend Embrace to all my friends and family who own pets!! This company is by far the best in the industry!

EXCELLENT Pet Insurance!!

WOW!! An insurance company who cares about their clients AFTER an episode!!! So glad I picked Healthy Paws to insure all our "critters"! Our cat, Hannah, had to have an eye surgically removed due to injury and infections and Healthy Paws completed our claim as fast as any insurance company I've dealt with in the past! Just yesterday, I received an email from them asking how she was doing. I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking to get pet health insurance!!

My only comment is regarding how my premium jumped up 37% over last year which seems like a large percentage.

My only comment is regarding how my premium jumped up 37% over last year which seems like a large percentage. I was told on a previous call, not from Jennifer, that it had nothing to do with the amount of claims that I filed last year. I wasn't too clear on the reason for such a large increase and am concerned that I may experience the same increase next year? Aside from that I am extremely happy with the service that I have received since I enrolled our pup. Thanks!

Niki was nice and pleasant

Niki was nice and pleasant , I called regarding a claim which is why I have a low score has nothing to do w Nikki. I just think payment is taking too long so my dr visit cost me 800 something plus my premium payments ends up costing more :/

Although the payments are steep, when help is needed for a beloved pet, things move quickly and the payments arrive in short order! They are family members and we want to do all we can to keep them healthy and happy. I appreciate all the efforts by the people at Trupanion.

Best company EVER!

My 4 year old Siberian Husky decided to eat a chew toy last week.. 3 visits to the vet and several X-rays later, it was determined that he needed surgery! The entire incident ending up totaling nearly $7,000! My dog had surgery last week and I have already received my reimbursement(s) from HealthyPaws via direct deposit! Beyond impressive! I had to make several claims due to visiting different vets over a series of days, but the process was beyond simple. I had to upload photos of the invoices that showed what he was treated for and the amount paid, and within days of each claim I received a break down of the reimbursement amount. I also contacted their customer service department via phone at the beginning of the process and I was met with patience, a friendly attitude and a genuine care for my pet. Not to mention, a follow up email checking on my dog (and me)! I cannot say enough about this company. Can't get any easier

Seriously, this is the most simple process ever. You go to the vet - pay your bill. The vet submits the form, or you could - Embrace acknowledges receipt so you know they do have it, and it gets processed right away (most of mine are within two weeks). I also have the reimbursements deposited right into my checking account. I LOVE EMBRACE!!!
