Great service

We've only had them about a year but I'm pleased with their service so far. The only complaint would be that it took a few months for them to process our claims (longer than expected), but we did eventually get reimbursed for everything, and actually more that we didn't expect, which was a nice surprise.

I was worried after reading reviews but pleasantly surprised

Easy claim submission using app. Paid 90% of claim (after deductible) as advertised. Took approximately 3 weeks to get reimbursed which is stated on their website. Direct deposit into my checking account was convenient. I have read horrible reviews and was worried there would be an issue but so far so good. Only criticism thus far would be that it would be nice for claims (especially mine which was > 3K) to be paid more quickly...

I already did refer a friend with a new puppy.

I already did refer a friend with a new puppy. The claim process was so easy. I uploaded all my invoices, got the email that theyd been received and if this was my first claim it might take some time to process. I received payment, direct deposited in my account in 1 week! Outstanding!
