Nice people, great communication and easy to file a claim
When my cat was having some stomach problems and I knew I could count on getting reimbursed in a timely manner with little hassle from the great people at ASPCA health insurance. Today they called me to ask how my cat was doing, how the service had been and I added our new cat. I actually had just texted me friend who will be getting a dog soon to sign up with them. I feel really comfortable talking to people who I know care about their animals as much as I do. Shout out to Sandra and her Great Dane Glitter Girl!

Very simple to submit claim!
I love that I can upload my receipt/invoice to submit my claim on-line. There are no forms to fill out. So simple! I get an email when the claim is complete with an explanation of what was paid and what was not. Then the payment goes directly to my checking account. If you have a deductible, upload your receipt/invoice and they apply that to your deductible automatically. Simple and easy to do!

Best Pet Insurance Coverage!
I can't find words to compliment this company enough. I've had coverage for my 2 dogs with them for 10 years (back when you were called VPI). They are professional, helpful and work to educate me on the best policy options for each of my dogs. The claim submission system and payment speed are top notch. Easy to submit and I generally receive my payment in about 3 weeks. Love it! Not only have I already told any of my friends who will listen, but I continue to spread the word every chance I get. Keep up the great work and service!

So easy to use!
I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for about 10 years. They have always been affordable, answer questions when I call or email without giving me a hardtime. When I have had kitties pass, they send a hand written card to the house. My payents always come quickly and using the website make it easy to submit claims. Thank you ASPCA Pet Insurance!

Nationwide insurance is everything they claim to be
My dog suffered an ACL tear in December. During his scheduled surgery it was discovered he had a heart condition. Nationwide has paid every claim expeditiously with no hassle. I would recommend nationwide to every pet owner. My claims were processed within two weeks and direct to posited into my bank account.
