Very good though I did have to chase up second payment which was for second day of same treatment. Apparently it was a mistake,
Overall very good just the one hiccup with the second day of Persephone’s treatment. Not sure why they put a hold on the payment but after two call it was resolved and payment was released and received. We were very glad we had the insurance. Now they have added at “no extra charge a 24/7 call or chat service which is a great idea.

Super fast service, the lady that help me was very calm wich made me calm down too, took the info by phone and I was set up in no time, we arrived at the emergency room and everything went very smoothly from registration approval and getting my money deposited to my account in no time. I have two six year old chihuahua mixes that are the light of my life and I love more than anything! I would pay any amount of money to keep them healthy and safe. Fortunately, however, with ASPCA Pet Insurance I won't have to empty my savings account if something happens to them! Recently, one of my babies (Dobyns) needed emergency dental work. The bill was over $1,000! I submitted the claim to ASPCA and within a few short weeks the claim was processed and a reimbursement check was in my hands! Not only do the claims get resolved fast, however; a representative of the insurance company calls every time to let you know your check is on the way AND inquire about how your pet is doing. It tells you everything about the quality and integrity of a company when they call to inquire about your pet's well-being each and every time! Every person I've ever talked to at their company is friendly and knowledgeable and it's obvious they love animals and what they do! I have recommended ASPCA pet insurance to all of my friends and family and have no reservations in recommending it to all of you! It's low-cost but gives high peace of mind! I never worry about taking my babies to the vet to get the best quality of care, as I know if they need anything ASPCA Pet Insurance has me covered! :)

Ridiculously Simple!

BEST Pet Insurance EVER!!!
I have 2 small breed dogs (Shih Tzu/ Maltese mixed and Biewer Yorkie mixed) and I have enrolled my dogs since 12/05/2014, when they were about 4 and 5 years old. After a very thorough research and analysis of all the pet policies out there, Healthy Paws was the most affordable one with great benefits. I paid about $80-90 for both dogs per month with a 90% reimbursement and $100 deductible per year and there are no caps on claims. It doesn't cover preventative care but enrolling in Healthy Paws Pet Insurance gave me a peace of mind that I will be able to afford medical care for my dogs in case they needed it. My dogs are generally healthy and I didn't have to submit any claims but one minor one until recently... In 2018 of this year, both of my dogs whose about 7 and 8 years old now needed surgery. One of them had an emergency anal gland ruptured, he had a fever and inflammation. The vet bill was about $2,500+ and Healthy Paws reimbursed 90% of it minus $100 annual deductible. After the annual deductible is met, it was no longer deducted for the year, no matter how many or how much claims I have submitted. Submitting the claim was super easy which can be done through email, their website or even the app. And the turn around time was within 10 business days I had a direct deposit for my claim! The customer service was excellent with very prompt processing time. My other dog whose almost 7 had cataracts and his vision was impaired and he couldn't see. So we decided to bring him to a specialist to get his cataract surgery done for both of his eyes. The vet bill was really expensive and cost more than $5,500+ with all the medications he needed! Health Paws reimbursed me 90% of it within a week, which was like over $4,800+ of claims submitted, I am really grateful that I was able to pay all of my credit card bills without any problems! I find that Healthy Paws Insurance policy is very clear and the effective date of protection is what really matters! Most pet insurance policies doesn't cover pre-existing conditions, therefore, its BEST to enrolled your pet before it's too late. I am very glad and have no regrets that I made the RIGHT and BEST CHOICE to enrolled my two dogs under Healthy Paws because I know that my dogs will be able to get medical care that they need when they need it. I love that you can contact their customer service if you have any questions and concerns or follow up on claim status.. They are very responsive and when you submit your claims, rest assured that you will be reimbursed for your policy reimbursement level!! Thank you Healthy Paws and I hope pet owners will make the right decision in enrolling their love ones with a company that does care!
