My young, healthy, happy dog became suddenly ill requiring emergency hospitalization and life saving medical treatment and surgery. If I didn’t have this insurance, I may not have been able to continue the treatments. But he is home and recovering. MetLife made the experience very easy and quick as far as uploading my pets forms from the vet. The reviewed the claims rather quickly and issued my reimbursement quickly. Although there was a small issue with the electronic payment but I received a paper check. All the same, it was a great experience and I’m glad my dogs are insured with MetLife.
