Reimbursement issues.
Direct deposit failed because my bank info was out of date. Instead of notifying me and retrying the deposit after a day so I could correct it, I was automatically mailed a check which took far longer. I'm disabled and poor, waiting an extra ten days for reimbursement could cause serious problems for me.

It is very easy to scan and then attach paid bills from my computer when submitting claims. There are not too many buttons to push. The calendar is very helpful. It is a very quick and painless process.
