Healthy Paws is wonderful!

My Golden Retriever chewed he handle off of his leash. He had to have emergency surgery as a thick string from about 3" of leash, still in his stomach, had wound around his large and small intestines. I submitted my claim to Healthy Paws. They responded immediately to let me know my claim had been received. Then again to let me know it was being processed. Then again telling it was completed . Two more times to ask how my pup was doing and hoping for a speedy recovery. This company is awsome!

Happy to be a Pets Best customer.

I had a very positive experience with Pets Best Insurance from the beginning. Our visit to the vet was on August 6, 2018, for Sebastian's first annual exam. I received my reimbursement payment within five days after filing my claim. I am happy to be a Pets Best customer.

Wonderful peace of mind!

My 3 year old Lula Belle had to have knee surgery. Embrace paid 80% of the surgery, her aftercare because she had problems after surgery and the 6 week post surgery X-ray. I simply uploaded the claim form and receipt - very easy process. This peace of mind came through in a huge way for me!

Peace of mind knowing all your family members are protected

I want to let all pet parents know this is the best and most responsible decision any pet parent can make to ensure their pet appropriate (and usually expensive) medical care. If I did not have Healthy Paws, my dog Daisy would not have received the TPLO surgery she required to repair a torn CCL. Dealing with Healthy Paws during my pets medical emergency made was reassuring. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. Especially, Caren, a Healthy Paws representative. Her care and concern was genuine. She had my claim completed in 1 day and I received a reimbursement check in less than 5 days! Healthy Paws, is the best peace of mind money can buy!
