Pets Best went above and beyond.

Filing the claim was very easy. I uploaded the vet bill invoice and noticed there was no diagnosis included. I listed the diagnosis myself and later found out from my vets office that Pets Best Ins took the time to call my vet to verify the diagnosis instead of just denying my claim! They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I have been very pleased with the expeditious payment on my claims.

Pets Best has been great.

I am 63 years old and have had pets all my life but never had pet insurance. My husband and I recently got a new puppy and decided she would have insurance. Pets Best has been great even on the first claim. Payment was very fast. Thank you.

Thank you Pets Best!

I was concerned that I hadn't received payment for quite some time, so I called and asked the lady about our claim. She said that payment went out Aug. 1st - today is Aug. 18th - to our account ending in 24. That was our savings account, & I had been looking at our checking account. I forgot we had set it up to go into savings. Just need to look at the correct account before starting to worry. Thank you Pets Best!

pretty good

I have been with Nationwide for almost 6 months. I really was a bit apprehensive as it was one of the most expensive coverage. so far I am really happy with it. it covers more things than any other insurance I know. I had one payment denied but I was offered a chance to provide explanation, and after that it was paid in full. My dog had some cyst problem and he had to go for second opinion, second set of sedation, X-rays and added a biopsy to that. Nationwide paid all of it as per agreement. Payments come pretty fast, I think within a month, so if you put it on a credit card, you have a chance to pay it off almost the same billing cycle.

Nationwide just wants my money

Agent did not inform me my first payment would be double. It seems like Nationwide finds reasons to not cover expenses. What is my monthly payment really cover? Some reimbursement when something major happens? Maybe? They seem to cover expenses that I could get free or at a reduced price from select providers anyway.
