Fax or mail? Let's get out of the 1980s please
This process is painful. Fax or mail something in...then wait....wait.....wait...then get a check. it shouldn't be this difficult.

No problem with late claims
I was late in submitting my claim (past the recommended 90 days) not a problem at all - which was such a huge relief. And then, there is never any hassle in getting paid out for the claim- no ridiculous wait times on hold trying to talk to someone- you just submit the claim and Trupanion pays me. It's so refreshing in terms of insurance!

What would I do without Nationwide Pet Insurance?
I do love this pet insurance product! I like that I no longer have to wait for a check and that the refund goes directly into my bank account. The "overall rating" would have been higher except that the last several claims seem to have taken longer to process.

Pets Best went above and beyond.
Filing the claim was very easy. I uploaded the vet bill invoice and noticed there was no diagnosis included. I listed the diagnosis myself and later found out from my vets office that Pets Best Ins took the time to call my vet to verify the diagnosis instead of just denying my claim! They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I have been very pleased with the expeditious payment on my claims.
