OUTSTANDING! 4 PAWS WAY UP!!!
Trupanion came through for us with flying colors when Doogan had elbow surgery last year and reimbursed me in LESS THAN A WEEK for about 90% of the cost of surgery!! I was very pleased when VCA informed me of the Trupanion Express process which was immediate reimbursement for what you would cover deducted from my bill on the spot. Very impressive. Did not have to submit any forms with "express" my Vet did it all. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work!

Extremely Pleased
After reviewing several pet health insurance plans we decided to go with Nationwide and we are extremely pleased. Unfortunately, we have had to use the Vet Help Line, Major Medical, and Pet Wellness Options even though our male boxer is only 11 months old! Nationwide has always went above and beyond with their customer service, taking as much time as needed to explain what is covered through our policy. The payments are very easy, especially with the electronic payment options. We have not experienced anything negative with Nationwide through the numerous claims that we have filed.
