love trupanions express checkout

My questions have been answered and I didn't have to wait along time on hold. I love trupanions express checkout at the vets office we just wait while they submit the invoice and within 15 min. to get the price I have to pay without having to pay the full invoice and wait to be reimbursed.

App is a breeze

Using the Pets Best App was a breeze. Took our pup on Friday morning, sent my receipt an hour after, via the app. On Saturday, we have received a response that our claim was being processed the. after 2 business days, we have received our refund...easy peazy! Thank you Pets Best.

River ultimately had to be put down due to the progress of juvenile cancer

The response to questions and turn around on payment has been acceptable. However with River's death we'll obviously be cancelling the policy. It was a very good investment under the unfortunate circumstance

My puppy's savior

My 5-month-old GSD puppy had a critically serious viral pneumonia, because of which my puppy almost died. My boy had to rely on the ventilator for nearly two weeks to survive, which cost over ten thousand dollars per day and I had to pay for the treatment daily. The policy of healthy paws insurance is the greatest, as, in my case, they were able to make the direct payment to the veterinary everyday so that I only had to pay the balance after the coverage. There were still a couple thousands to pay daily, but what healthy paws did truly meant a lot. Healthy paws helped me out of there and literally saved my GSD puppy. I'm sincerely grateful to healthy paws for the timely help!!

most professional customer service that I've ever encountered

I found filing claims to be very easy and straightforward, and much better than my experiences with other pet insurance companies. The claims were addressed promptly, and more costs were covered than I even expected. I want to specifically thank and compliment the claims adjudication specialist, who was so responsive and knowledgeable, and patiently and clearly answered every question that I asked. She contacted me personally to let me know that she had received my initial set of claims. I'm not sure whether this was just normal practice for initial claims, or if Briana took that extra step to identify herself to me, and provide me with her direct contact information - either way I very much appreciated it. Once my claims exceeded the deductible I had chosen for my policy, the reimbursements due to me were paid promptly. That was an easy process too, as I requested direct deposit to a bank account, while my premium payments are paid by credit card. In summary, I have a great deal of experience with filing pet insurance claims, and I can say without reservation that Trupanion uses by far the easiest and most efficient process, and has the most professional customer service that I've ever encountered.
