Extremely easy to submit claims.
Every claim U have submitted has been extremely easy. I just logged on, filled out the Claim form, attached a copy of the invoice and submitted it. Within one day I received notification of receipt. Within a week I received notification of payment and, because I used direct deposit, it was in my account. I couldn't be more pleased.

Trupanion is a blessing!
We had a puppy that contracted Parvo. She had to stay in the animal hospital for a week getting intensive treatments. Sadly, she did not make it. If we had not had Trupanion pet insurance, on top of the heartbreak of losing our sweet girl, we would have had the extra stress of having to pay a $7500 vet bill. However, because we had pet insurance through Trupanion, they paid $6500. They also deposited it directly into our bank account very quickly. We thank GOD for such a wonderful company!

Extremely quick response to claims submitted!
I recently submitted multiple claims for emergency care and a week long hospital stay for my pup for pancreatitis. Our out of pocket expenses were incredibly high. The entire process from uploading my receipts, to communication from Trupanion regarding the status of our claims, and finally the payment was quick and easy. Thank you - I am so grateful we are enrolled and had this in place to help with the care Rue needed!

Warm and Responsive Customer Service
Having Trupanion provides me with peace of mind knowing that I will be able to provide whatever medical care my dog needs. I found the on-line claims process to be surprisingly simple, and my claims were processed very quickly without any further participation from me. On the occasions that I needed to phone customer service, I experienced little to no wait time on hold. The best thing is the customer service representatives. They were warm and helpful and always knew how to resolve whatever issue I was calling about. I felt like my dog and my issues mattered to them.

Great company, fast reimbursement
I have been with Healthy Paws since 2011. After careful research I chose them because they had great reviews. We now have two dogs that sometimes need treatment for one thing or the other. They are always available to answer all of your questions, their website is easy to navigate and their reimbursement checks come a few days after you file a claim. Reimbursement and category of illness confusing
You advertise 80% reimbursement on claims, but I have been normally receiving about a 33% reimbursement, Also, my dog has had a couple of ear infections, and you didn't pay anything on the claims, stating that an ear infection is a skin condition. I can't imagine why that would be a skin condition, and my Vet agrees that an ear infection should not fall in that category. In fact, on the bottom of this form, you list ear problem and skin condition as separate illnesses? I seriously considered switching to another insurance provider, but decided to give your company another chance.
