Great Coverage is a Breeze
My vet has Trupanion software so there are no claims for me to submit everything is already done by the time I check out the vet's office has submitted the claim, Trupanion has approved it, and I just pay my share 10% after the deductible.

I explained what was going on with our pup. They told me where to print the claims form. We did and gave it to our vet and they submitted it. A couple of days later we received an email with the breakdown of the claim and a few days later the money was in our bank!

I received reimbursement within a week of submitting my claim for my dog’s CCL surgery. Submitting online was very easy. A follow-up call asking about Colby and the insurance service was appreciated. The representative appeared to be genuinely interested in Colby’s progress. I have been a customer for 10 years and have always received this level of care with each claim I have submitted.
