Luckily we haven't had to use the insurance very often but when we do its fast and easy. Just found out I can do direct deposit on my checks so that was great to know.

Great service!
I took my puppy to vet for second set of shots. I submitted claim just by taking picture of receipt and received money very quickly through direct deposit.

Great company, GREAT service.
My dog had his ACL cleaned up ( once they got in, he didn't need the full ACL) I submitted my claims which including physical therapy and in a week, I had payment. I've had several claims with your company and you always pay right away. If I call, you are very caring and helpful. I made the right choice to have you as my dogs insurance provider. Very happy
Very happy. Big procedure with no problems. Reimbursed 90% within a month. Only reason I didn’t give 10 stars is because you have to front the money at the vet office and then wait for reimbursement (although this is standard for other insurance as well)

Prompt insurance pay
