Pretty Happy
The company has been pretty responsive and helpful with most claims. The main issue is it takes way too long to receive reimbursement for a claim. It should not take nearly 3 weeks although it often does. I have tried to speed up the process by emailing claims, but the processing period is very long.

Taking care of Ellis.
Recently Ellis became very lethargic and after a visit to the vet it was determined he had a UTI. He is now recovered and doing well. I submitted the claim to Nationwide for review. The claim was paid in good time and electronically deposited to my account.

Worst company ever
Cancelled policy and yet 2 weeks later they are still taking money out of my account after I was told I was going to be reimbursed the money for the policy premium. What liars they turn out to be. Would not recommend this company to,my worst enemy

Filing the claim was so easy.
This is the first claim we had to file on our Chihuahua. He was bitten by a Pitbull and needed surgery. Filing this claim was so easy even through the worry we did about our dog's surgery. I am so glad our daughter talked us into getting pet insurance. The money was received so quickly.
