Quick and easy to work with Nationwide
I love being able to submit the claims thru Vitus Vet app. This app is super simple to use and is much faster than doing the old paper version and faxing it in. quick turn around getting payment made back to me, too. One thing i would like to see added to the app would be an update like when your claim is; submit, pending review, review in progress, finalized. Something like that would be awesome.

Simple as can be!
To date, I've had 2 claims for my goldendoodle puppy. Both were handled extremely efficiently and the money was directly deposited back into my account. The online submission process is quick and easy. In both cases, I received follow-up from customer service to ask if I had any questions and to see how my puppy was feeling. I cannot recommend ASPCA enough.

Timely claim processing and payment.
Adda saw the vet for a regular check up, shots, and heartworm meds/flea & tick prevention meds. I submitted the claim online with ease; it was processed and payment made timely.

Easy to work with.
Nationwide pet insurance was easy to deal with. I simply sent in copies of all documentation. Within a month I was refunded. Unfortunately, my dog had an issues with her wound and had to basically have the entire process repeated. Thankful I had pet insurance to help with the cost.

Best Pet Insurance Carrier out there!
Nationwide has been excellent for payments and has been very fair. I will continue to use them for Lacie, my miniature schnauzer, and future furry family members! Turnaround time could be a little faster as I typically wait 3-4 weeks for reimbursement to be received.

You and your dog need this insurance
Hi there. It's our first dog as a family and I made sure we had her insured from the first day we received our puppy. When she was just over a year old, she got really sick with something she must have eaten. It's like with your child, you worry so much and you don't really think about the cost. The vet's here hit you hard with emergency treatment and I was a bit in shock. I wasn't sure if, what she had, was covered by my insurance but I didn't have time to research that, I just wanted her to get better. Luckily she got better quite fast with the treatment she received. A few days later I sat down and prepared for hours of online claim filing but I was surprised that I was done in less than 5 minutes. It took a bit long to get an answer regarding my claim. But when I finally got the letter and an email that she was covered for the entire amount minus our deductible, I was sooooo happy. Thank you Nationwide!!!

Easier & quicker than I expected
Usually, anything having to do with insurance is not considered "quick" or "easy" but this claim was an exception. I've had an accident & illness pet insurance policy on both of my now elderly Poms for 10+ years & never had to make a claim until recently. The oldest developed Cushings Disease but we had to go through multiple testing & other treatments to find that out (process of elimination). At the same time, the other one had to have several teeth extracted. I submitted all of the relevant bills from my vet as required & found it was an easy process. I chose to have the reimbursement direct deposited & it was in my account within a few weeks. I'd much rather my girls stay healthy so I don't need to submit a claim but when you find you have to it's a pleasant surprise when the process is quick & easy.

There when you need it
We are now going through our dogs Second ACL surgery within a 2 months frame. After his first we were pleased with how much we got back and the time frame in which it was processed. After 5 weeks the dog managed to rupture his second ACL and we had to go through the entire process again. While we are still waiting for this one to clear I have no doubt it will go as smoothly as last time. It is such a sigh of relief when you are able to care for your pet the best that you can and react in emergency situations knowing you have help coming. I don't know where we would be if we had to cover both of these at once on our own and it makes us very happy that we can provide for our pet the same way you would any other member of the family.

Amazingly fast reimbursement!
Having never had pet insurance, I wasn't sure what to expect with the reimbursement process. I was pleasantly surprised that within 3 business days I received confirmation of that reimbursement. Thank you Pets Best.
