Easy Claim Resulting in Expected Refund

I had an expensive vet visit resulting from my puppy's allergic reaction to something . . . still am not sure what she ate or got into that made her itchy enough to have inflamed skin all over her body and scratch her eyelid so hard that it bled. :( It was an unpleasant experience, but the claim process with my Nationwide pet insurance was very easy. They sent me a check in a timely fashion as well. I wish that my past car insurance claims were this easy!

I am SOOOO glad I signed up with Trupanion!

This company is great. My little dog would probably have lost her ability to walk, if I hadn't had Trupanion to cover expensive spinal surgery to correct a (previously undetected) birth defect. And there has been no trouble with payment. Everything was just as it said in the policy: I covered vet exams and prescriptions, they covered everything else, including followup procedures for the original problem that had to be done much later. I've had the checks before the bills have come due every time. I wish human health insurance worked this well.

You guys are the absolute best.

You guys are the best. Filing a claim is always a breeze. You guys are always really speedy about getting payment back. And you are always very fair in reimbursement. I don't recommend anything as much as I recommend you guys. My dog is my everything, and I really appreciate how much care you put into your services.

I Filed My Claim On My Phone

For the first time, I downloaded the Pet's Best app and filed my claim on my iPhone. All I had to do was take pictures of my invoices from my cat's veterinarian. The claim was approved and paid in just about 3-4 days. The claim approved amount will be direct deposited into my bank account. It was easy and fast. I was highly pleased at the amount that I was reimbursed. I am very pleased with Pet's Best Insurance.
