Nationwide has paid all our dogs vets claims in a sufficient time frame in full minus any ded/non-cvd items. I am grateful I purchased insurance from them.

Pet Insurance Company that actually does what they say
We were skeptical on pet insurance and decided to move forward. Overall we have been extremely pleased and absolutely recommend. The only item which I wish could be improved is the time it takes to be reimbursed. On average it has been 3-4 weeks. It would be great to see it in 2-3 weeks.

Takes too long to be reimbursed.
Communication was really good but i felt the time in which you get a payment is way too long especially if we are sending the invoice and it is a straight cut claim nothing complicated.

Really pleased with my experience so far!
So far, I've been really pleased with my experience with Nationwide Pet Insurance. The only reason I didn't give 10 stars was just due to how long it takes to receive my reimbursement (last time I bought flea meds, it was close to a whole month until I was reimbursed, though prior to that it had never taken that long). Other than that, I'm really glad I have it. It gives me peace of mind that if anything seriously came up, I would be covered. Saroo, even though he's a young cat had some unexpected dental issues even at a year old and had to have a full anesthetic dental cleaning, complete with x-rays, and even a few extractions. This would've been really difficult to cover on my own so was really glad to have pet insurance so I could tell the doctor with confidence that she could do whatever was deemed medically necessary.

Worth the investment
I hesitated to get pet insurance because I assumed it would be like "human" insurance where you would deny everything you possibly could. I purchased the plan that covers everything at 90%. I have been impressed with the payments and service so far. Thank you!

rip off!
I do not recommend this company. I looked at my auto pay and my policy went from $39 to $50 without any notice. I have been with this company less then a year and they increased my premium 30%. Haven't even made one claim. I called customer service and spoke to Jamie. She advised me that an email was sent 60 days ago to inform me if the increase but never opened.. That's because It was not received . I never delete emails and checked my spam box and NADA!!! I will be searching for a new company and filing a complaint with the BBB!!
