What is being paid for and by whom?

I am confused as to who has been paying for visits and procedures. The kennel responsible for the issues of my dog’s injuries should have been billed, yet I was charged at each visit to the hospital. Please advise on my total responsibility, vs. PerCamp, and NorCal animal hospital. Thank you much.

Easy process

I downloaded the app on my phone and was able to take a photo of the invoice, then chose "submit" and no further action was needed. This is the first claim that I made with pets best and was pleased at how easy the process was!

SO easy!

My pet experienced a possible seizure and I rushed him to the vet without thinking about the costs. Several hundred dollars in tests later, I filed my claim using the App and received payment for what was above my deductible in a matter of days. SO easy!

Fast

I expect an insurance company to perform better than a reimbursement plan... And, I am happy to say that Trupanion processed payment soo quickly that it was more like waiting for an online payment than the long processing periods that are typical with insurance companies. Direct deposit is available. And they even offer an option for preference to payment to the service provider. Way to Go!!! Trupanion.

GENERALLY WITHOUT A HITCH FOR 4 CATS AND 1DOG

I HAVE BEEN A PETSBEST CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PET OWNERS. I GET A MULTI-PET DISCOUNT FOR MY FOUR CATS AND ONE DOG AND THE COMPANY PERMITS SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENTS FOR EACH POLICY. ONCE YOU'RE FAMILIAR WITH THE CLAIMS PROCESS, AND SUBMIT AN UPDATED COPY OF VET'S NOTES, THE MONEY IS GENERALLY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT IN A WEEK. THERE ARE NO SURPRISES OR ARBITRARY DENIALS. YOU GENERALLY GET A LIVE PPERSON WHEN YOU CALL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POLITE AND COOPERATIVE. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH THAT PETOWNERS SHOULD ENROLL IN PET INSURANCE WHILE THEIR PETS ARE HEALTHY, BECAUSE ONCE A CHRONIC ILLNESS OCCURS, THAT IS A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND IS DISALLOWED. ONCE A PET IS INSURED, ANY CONDITION THAT OCCURS IS COVERED FOR THE LIFE OF THE PET. THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE MAXIMUM STARS IS THAT, LIKE MOST PET INSURANCE COMPANIES, PETSBEST DOES NOT COVER ANY DENTAL ISSUES AND WE ALL KNOW THAT NEGLECTED DENTAL CARE CAN CREATE LIFE-THREATENING PROBLEMS FOR OUR PETS (AND, OF COURSE, FOR HUMANS)>
