It has been so easy to deal with your company!
We signed up for pet insurance over the phone. The cost is so reasonable. We had to file a claim recently. It was very easy to do and payment came promptly. Everyone I spoke to with this company has been very nice and professional.

Professional help
My claim was processed March 1, 2019 and the check was sent March 2, 2019. But as of today, March 11, 2019, I have not received my reimbursement check. I called your customer service and they were very professional and helpful. They said the check was sent out 3/2/19. Usually, you process and send the check promptly. But not this time. Your customer representative told me that I should call 3/21/19 if I have not yet received the check by then. I will follow up on 3/21/19. What happened this time around?

Trupanion..the best decision I ever made for my dogs and my pocket.
You think nothing will happen to your pets. Well after I spent $12,000 I finally woke up. I was just a little late. Pets are part of the family and when they end up at the vet it can be costly. I happen to have a brother and sister. Consequently what happened to one eventually happened to the other. I couldn’t have picked a better pet insurance than Trupanion. They are easy to work with and their payment process is very easy. They respond immediately and answer questions.

One of the best purchases we ever made
We insured our puppy the day we brought him home. We figured we would not need insurance hopefully, but piece of mind is everything. Well, you never know. We actually did have a need and the service and speed of reimbursement is absolutely great! We are completely pleased and will highly recommend Embrace to all of our many pet loving friends. Excelent insurance.
Always good Always Caring Only complaint would be a little slow in paying out. If you had a big bill and you had to rob another bill to pay vet then you really need a faster payout
