It is very easy to manage your pet's insurance online!

I have never had a problem submitting a claim and receiving a check. Now they can deposit the funds into your bank account so you are reimbursed even faster. It is easy to manage all my pets policies online.

We Like Nationwide

Both of our Chihuahuas are insured by Nationwide. Generally healthy, every so often something medical happens to them. We get clear and easy to read information about coverage with our renewals. Our dogs have different policies because one has a preexisting condition and the other one does not. We have received payments for all covered claims. They have been paid quickly with clear explanations of benefits. We have insured all our dogs since insurance became available, beginning with VPI. Nationwide has been a pleasure to deal with and I have recommended to all my friends.

Best Pet Insurance EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ease of filing a claim and receiving the money direct deposited into your account is wonderful! Never had an issue with payment being made! Best Pet Insurance and I would HIGHLY recommend to any and all and as a matter of fact... I HAVE!!!

ear infection

Alstott has a follow up visit Saturday but seems fine now. The infection has cleared up. It would be so much easier to deal with insurance if the vet's office could file the claim instead of the policyholder like with medical insurance. That being said Nationwide always pays claims fully and quickly.

Great service and assistance on claim

We had an unfortunate incident with our puppy ate something dangerous to her. Since it was a weekend, we knew immediately we had to bring her to the emergency clinic. At the time I was of course more worried about our dog than the cost however while waiting I couldn't help but wonder and hope our pet insurance would cover this significant cost. I was very pleased that it did and that the claim was easy to fill out at the vet. When I followed up via email the responses were within minutes or hours. There was very little I had to do to put the claim through and the cheque was mailed quickly. When I called PetsPlusUS recently the let me know that I could provide banking information so I wouldn't have to wait for a cheque if there was another claim - very convenient. The only thing I could say to improve would be to have an online portal for claims, however with the great customer service it wasn't a huge issue. Overall very happy so far!!
