Superb service
Our two year old Rottie has gone through the gammet of medical testing and procedures the first two years of her life. It is stressful when this happens to your fur baby but Nationwide has lifted the financial stress from us which makes it much easier in making the important decisions in our girl's healthcare. We have the full wellness coverage and I can't say enough about how easy Nationwide makes submitting claims. You have a partial pre-filled claim readily available for each claim, you attach the receipt from the vet, email them to Nationwide and within 30 days you have your reimbursement waiting for you. It's the easiest process which is greatly appreciated. If you're hesitant in buying insurance for your pet, don't be. It will be the best investment you can make for your pet and Nationwide is definitely on your side!

LOOK NO FURTHER! Healthy Paws go above and BEYOND!!
LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! I did a lot of homework when getting insurance for my baby, Lola a boston terrier and I made the RIGHT choice using Healthy Paws. They are beyond easy to work with it, they never argue over claims, which I have heard nightmare stories from friends with other companies. You simply upload a pic or pdf of the bill and usually within days you see the reimbursement in your bank account! Small yearly deductible and they pay out 90% reimbursement! I cannot stress enough truly what an amazing company Healthy Paws is!!! Not only have they allowed me to keep my Lola alive, when I financially wouldn't be able to, but they go above an beyond like sending follow up emails asking how she is doing after a surgery. I was shocked the first time this happened! If only my insurance was this good!!! Lola loved to play and loved to play hard! From fracturing two of her legs at different times, to needing cataract surgery with several follow up eye surgeries due to complications, needing acupuncture, right down to needing spin surgery because of inflamed discs in her back that were eventually going to paralyze her. That one surgery alone with her MRI was over $12k! Every time, she bounced back with flying colors like nothing happened, thanks to the amazing health care she received! Every doctor swore she had more than 9 lives! This month was more difficult than ever before, her eyes had failed and now 100% blind and was about 98% deaf and started to have seizures, which we believe was due to a tumor. Her quality life was rapidly declining and her last night with me she had 17 seizures and possibly a stroke, leaving me no choice but to let her go to doggie heaven. I submitted her last medical bill from the care she received that day while making that horrible decision and a few days to follow, I received an email from Healthy Paws telling me how sorry they were for my loss and even covered the expense of her euthanasia! Which I couldn't believe! And to go above and beyond, they alerted me that they automatically cancelled her insurance plan and will reimbursement for the prorated month. What company would do that?! Most companies would hope you would forget due to the craziness and try to get a few more auto-payments out of you, but NOT Healthy Paws!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE you guys, thank you for making all these horrible and difficult times easier! I promise one day when I get a new fur baby, you will be on my to-do list!
