I have had nothing but a positive experience with Nationwide. The entire claim procedure is easy and can be done online. Reimbursements are reviewed and paid within 30 days with a full explanation on their site.

They have all different types of insurances to buy for your pet. I had a claim and they were very easy to work with. I submitted my claim 3/13 and was finished/received everything by 4/23. Excellent service Thank you

Painless!
The process was extremely painless and quick. With in a week I had my reimbursement. Did it right on the app, even was able to submit documents via the app by taking quick pics of the transactions. Highly recommend this to any pretty owner. It's worth the pieces of mind! 👍

It is very easy to submit a claim through the VitusVet app. And they are prompt to reimburse you. No issues when submitting a claim. They just want to make sure your pet is okay!

So glad I made the choice of ASPCA.
So glad I made the choice of ASPCA pet insurance. I have a 5 year old Yorkie and had to use the insurance that last year. He developed a medical issue and needed surgery. It was easy to make the claim ( all on line) and I even got a call back to see how Bernie was doing. Never got that from my own insurance. Was so easy to enroll and make a claim on line. And I always got the answer I needed when I called for information. Always polite and willing to go the next step if needed. I always promote ASPCA when talking with my friends with pets. I would not change.

Happy with my pet insurance.
Was very pleased with quick payment on this claim even with having to mail in claim. I have Vitus Vet but had to send in claim by mail anyway because NW said it wasn't clear enough to see what they needed. I would rather use Vitus Vet because it saves time and a stamp but I guess that luxury can't be.
