Very easy to submit claims
I have had to submit a large number of claims over the past year for vet treatment of my dog and it's always been very easy and user friendly. Customer support has also been very helpful whenever I've needed to contact them with questions. The only thing I would change would be the time to pay out claims, I have had to wait <1 month for some claims to be processed and paid out.

The claim process and easy and straightforward and a quick turnaround. I submitted the claim on Thursday, got an email that my claim was processed on Monday and payment remitted on Tuesday.

We decided to purchase pet insurance for both of our poodles and we are very happy we did. Having a Nationwide policy gives us the peace of mind we need everyday. Great Experience with a claim for an injured knee and surgery.
Forms were easy to fill out. Information needed was easy to find. Called once on status and Insurance company was waiting on information they needed for the Vet. It was nice that they could till me why claim was still pending. Payment was directly deposited into account.

Safety Net for Your Pet
My 8-week old puppy went for his first checkup. I have the Per’s Best Wellness plan, in addition to their accident and illness plan. Making a claim was as simple as taking a pic of the bill. Money was direct deposited in my account three days later. Highly recommend!!
