ASPCA Exceeds My Expectations!
ASPCA truly has exceeded my expectations. I have never purchased pet insurance before, but as my dog turned 7 this year, I figured it was a good idea to look into it and take the plunge. Sadly, my dog had a random seizure a few weeks ago, so I submitted a claim for her ER vet bill. It was super easy to submit the claim via the mobile phone app, and I was shocked at how quickly my claim was processed and paid out to me! If only all human insurance companies were like ASPCA! I am also grateful for the follow up phone call to check on my dog, and make sure I was satisfied with the service. Thank you ASPCA!!!

Our puppy ate a sock
Our puppy ate a sock and it got stuck in her intestines. I spent hours at the vet and ultimately she needed to stay the night. I had two claims, one at her regular vet and another at the ER. Trupainion paid their portion on the spot, saving me from the headache of submitting claims and getting reimbursed. And 90% paid?! WOW, beyond grateful!

Relieved to have the coverage
When we adopted a 6 y.o. rescue, we decided to get Pet's Best health insurance. This was the best decision we could have made. Just 6 months after we had her, she became very I'll and needed to have an infected kidney removed. The costs for all her care without insurance would have forced us to decline treatment and have her put down. BUT, we were able to have the surgery and our $7,000. bill was only $2,000. after the insurance reimbursement. Two years later, she is healthy but we keep the insurance in place because you never know what can happen. ALSO, they pay you within a few days of your claim. This was truly a lifesaver for our little yorkie.

Never let's us down.
Our problem is teeth. Denny is a rescue dog and refuses to allow us to brush his teeth. We use all the other aides. None the less, his teeth go bad from gum disease. When I take him in I am always afraid the he will lose a tooth. Since I got Trupanion, this is no longer a fear. They will cover extractions. The paperwork is done through my vet's office and applied directly to my bill. Result is a healthy dog with minimum of fuss.
