Your help is the BEST!
I’m a disabled retired woman and your pet insurance is the best! Being on a fixed income takes it’s toll on people and thanks to you I don’t have to worry about taking my dogs to the vet. I know that the monthly payment I make insures that my dogs can go to the vet when sick and also for their yearly wellness check ups and shots. It surely helps me knowing that I will get some money back after paying the vet. I have had your insurance for many years and plan to keep it for many more. Thank you!

Infected anal glands.
After several weeks of vet visits and different antibiotic treatments, Cooper’s infection seems to have cleared. Need to give it another week and possible recheck visit with the vet and he should be fine. Thanks to your help with the bills it was easier for me to deal with the ordeal. I think you are just great!

Hassle-free claim service
Enrollment was easy. I answered a few questions and chose my plan. I liked the idea of major medical coverage without a lot of claims for every little thing such as office visits and routine medications, etc. But, when my dog had surgery and I went online to file a claim, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and the ease of the process. I attached the surgeon's invoice, answered a couple of quick questions, and that was it! Trupanion took it from there. I didn't have to go back to the surgery center to fill out forms and get a signature from the vet, etc. The claim was paid within a week! I recommend Trupanion, without hesitation, to all pet owners.
