I cannot express how great Nationwide is. We have a policy for all 3 of our dogs. Submitting claims is so easy and I've always received reimbursement quicker than what they state as the turn around time. Their customer service is great. I would recommend all pet parents get a policy for their pets.

Coverage for emergent vet issue
Submitting our claim was easy and we were reimbursed as expected in a timely manner. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that if Bruno needs emergency services in the future, they’ll be covered, and it removes a major barrier to going to the vet as soon as an issue emerges, which was definitely in his best interest.

Nationwide insurance came through for us
We have had pet insurance since we adopted Chloe in 2010. We had not used it that much in recent years, but this year she had to have several cancerous lumps removed. She had surgery to remove the 3 lumps, we had the lumps tested multiple times, and had many vet and vet oncologist visits. I filed all of these claims and had no issues with Nationwide paying the claims according to their policy. She was just about recovered from her surgery and she was out walking and a large dog ran out of her home and bit Chloe. So we were back to vet visits and cone wearing. Once again Nationwide covered these bills for us. Now finally, Chloe is back to herself - all healed and as fiesty as ever.

Painless Process for the Pet Owner!
Glad we have pet ASPCA pet insurance! Our 2 year old Havanese had an accident and needed surgery, and although she was in pain, it was a painless claim process for us and now our exuberant Havanese is on the mend, and we have already been reimbursed for the cost of the surgery.

Great Insurance and I can file my claim and recieve payment online
Bodhi is doing fine thanks to Nationwide Insurance. He has food alergies that we and our vet are hoping he grows out of. Having pet insurance is worth every penny for the peace of mind. Nationwide is great with letting us e-mail in our claims and sending funds through Chase Pay directly to us.
