Only thing a little difficult is trying to get claims deposited through ACH. I was set up initially, but doesn’t happen now.
I’m almost completely pleased to my pet policy. Just wish it was easier to get direct payment to the bank.

Excellent service and easy claims
Pet insurance wasn't something on my mind when we first took our puppy home but after a little convincing from some friends about how costly vet visits an be, we decided to go through Nationwide as part of my employer's offer. The signing up was pretty straight forward with a waiting period until the first of next month. Using the mobile app to file some claims is a snap and our vet actually does 90% of the filing for us and we automatically get reimbursed. Overall, I love how streamlined and easy it is. I just hope the rates won't go up too much as I've heard that some the rates can go up over the years.

Submitting a claim is easy
I submit my claims via email and it's easy to attach a pre-filled claim form and also a receipt. Claims take a bit of time to process, but once they are, it's easy to transfer funds all online. Policy can be somewhat confusing as to what is covered/not covered, but they have guides online and people ready to help on the phone, which I have used before and had positive experiences with.

The process for submitting claims is easy and efficient through the app. Although it takes a bit long to receive a reimbursement, the process for obtaining your funds is VERY simple and links directly to your banking account.

I will never have a dog without Figo again!
Scrolling through Facebook a few months ago I saw Figo. Looked into it and just on a whim, took out a policy for our Aussie. She's having some problems now. Met our deductible and i submit claims using the phone app, sometimes they are processed and approved the very same day! Payment comes out of my checking account and reimbursements go back into the checking account. I've called a few times with questions, the agents are wonderful, very helpful. I have already recommended Figo to my friends who own pets. We will never have a pet without Figo insurance. And I can use it anywhere in the US, if we are traveling we have insurance, unlike a policy through your vet, plus we have all her records if we are away and she needs to see a vet. I love everything about Figo. Even the website is really cute!

You should have this for your pet...Embrace is amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough!
I got a new puppy in the beginning of February after losing my last dog, Thumper, to cancer. I hesitated when looking at pet insurance because I had it for Thumper but ended up getting rid of it because the insurance company refused to pay any claims, despite collecting more than double my current monthly fee for Embrace. Anyway, coming from a military family, I have USAA auto insurance and really love them, so I contacted them and found out they partner with Embrace. I investigated the monthly fees and found it very affordable, so I enrolled. Shortly after enrolling, my new pup (Maverick) went through a quick series of emergency vet visits - getting hit in the eye with a tennis ball at the dog park, getting very sick late the next night from the medicine for his eye, and then even getting stung by a bee! It added up to very little sleep and lots of vet bills. I submitted the claims at the same time once things settled down, and Embrace processed them and cut the checks within 3 days. The reimbursement rate was very high (80%) and my deductible was very reasonable ($300). I also can see all claims and any explanations from the adjusters on the website and in the app on my phone. I just recommended my mom and sis get insurance through them, and I'm making the same recommendation to you. Great service, good prices, professional, and honest. I couldn't be more pleased.

If I could give Figo 20, I would. I couldn't be more pleased with my transactions. All claims submitted via the website and this is extremely easy. These took only several days to process and the money was deposited into my account. I received all the reimbursement I was due according to the plan I purchased. I "stood on the fence" and waited for years to purchase insurance. I wouldn't hesitate at all to do so now after my experience with them. Figo has a customer for life!

My first claim with Nationwide Pet Insurance was easy to submit online and efficiently processed. My reimbursement was exactly what I expected. It took longer than usual to process -- about double the time -- because it was my first claim. The usual turnaround time I am told is 30 days. But in this case, the first review resulted in a request for my dog's veterinary records, which is perfectly reasonable as I hadn't submitted them when i signed up. With records in hand, the Claims Department processed my claim within 30 days and electronically deposited my reimbursement. The associates I spoke with by phone were all friendly, informed, and helpful.
