Nationwide took the worry away
When our 1 year old puppy get extremely sick on a weekend. Our local 24 hour animal hospital saw us not once but 3 times within that weekend. Thank goodness for my pet insurance. I faxed over the claim form and bill and before I know it Nationwide sent me an email saying I had money coming back. Took the financial worry away.

Nationwide is Grand!
I have been client of this insurance company for over 20 years and they have always been spot on......easy to file claims, payment in a timely manner with all the explanations. Nationwide was right there to help with Sadie's set back and happy to say she is 4+ good! Thank you for all you do to help me to be able to give the best care ever.

Heartguard pill refill
It was time to refill Quinn's Heartguard for the year. I was happy to receive her insurance payment. We had already reached her deductible.

easy and affordable
Once all the insurance is set up, the bank information and the apps, it is easy to file claims in minutes, literally minutes. I have not had any issues with things being covered or not.

Good company but slow reimbursement
I appreciate the coverage this company provides but it is expensive and has suddenly become very slow to reimburse. A year or two ago, you could expect to receive a check within two weeks. Now it is more than three weeks - even though it is now an electronic transmission. I used to highly recommend this to my social media friends and family but I hesitate to do so now.

Good coverage and resource information
It gives us great peace of mind to know that we will be able to afford to address our Charlie’s medical issues. Especially as he gets older. However there does seem to be a long lag time between claim submission and claim payment.

Glad I have Nationwide for Gracie
I have Nationwide pet insurance for my dogs, mostly so I could cover anything catastrophic. Most years, I don't make any claims at all, but this year I had to submit a couple for Gracie. Nationwide was very prompt with its reimbursement. Thank you! It's great to have some peace of mind and know that I can do the best thing for my pups.

I'm glad I've signed up with Nationwide's pet insurance.
The only reason I haven't given a 10 is because it would be nice to know what step of the claim process a claim is in beyond accepted, processing and completed. I love that it's so easy to submit claims via the VitusVet app. It's quick and convenient. I've never had a reason to call customer support.
