I submitted the claim online after scanning my documents. It was very easy to follow the instructions and I immediately got a confirmation email that my claim was received. When I didn't hear anything regarding my claim, I called your office and the representative was very helpful and honest about why there was a delay in my claim. I received a decision about my claim a few days later.

Overall a good experience, once I learned how to submit a claim
I am generally pleased with the process. Filing a claim is not as intuitive as I would like though. My only concern is why our claim for surgery to remove undescended testicles from Duke's Abdomen was not approved. We had them removed because this condition increases the risk of cancer, which would have meant a shorter life span, as well as increased medical bills and claims. We do understand that neutering is not covered; however, this was a neuter for cause, not for the sake of neutering. Other claims though were paid without any problem, and for that reason I will continue coverage.

Good insurance but doesnt reimburse the full amount for yearly shots
I had gotten the yearly shots for my sog and sent them the reciept and I paid 196 they reimbursed me for 160 .. Then i went back for booster shots and it was 123 and they only reimburesed me 30 dollars . so I'm out over 100 for the 2 . I pay 55 a month on this insurance and because they didnt reinburse the full amount like they made it out to be im about to drop them and go to a different one .

A Little Too Much Work/Follow up For Reimbursement
Took a while to have first claims paid. Contacted through customer service email twice but never received a reply. Called customer service, representative was thorough and friendly, helped figure out what the issue was with payment. Once that was cleared up payments came quickly. Still need to clear up coverage with a second policy. Overall, once issues are ironed out coverage is great.

Too slow!
Claim processing is way TOO SLOW ! I sent claim form and documents via email. I received confirmation 2 weeks later. Then I strangely receive another confirmation a week later that it was received "again". Then I receive a notification that more info is needed. I send again all the info and two weeks later....still waiting. Horrible service............not a smooth as it was sold to me by company representative that visited my firm via HR. AP

I am pleased
I am pleased with Pets Best wellness plan. I filed a claimed for getting my dog neutered and microchipped. I was completely reimbursed for both things. Filing was incredibly easy and review of my claim and reimbursement was quick!
