Great Value!
I was pleased with the turn-around time of processing and payment, and the amount that I received. My pup had to have an obstruction removed and it was a pricey surgery. My claim was processed in less than 30 days which relieved the financial burden. One emergency proved that the value of the coverage is fully worth it. It has more than paid for itself.

Thankful for Insurance
Sending in the vet claims was incredibly easy. The explanation when claims were returned either paid or not was clear. Thank goodness for this insurance. I was able to get my pet the care he needed without blinking an eye about cost. My only criticism is that the claim process can sometimes take weeks which is a little slow when you’ve already fronted the cash.

Wish things moved faster
The website is the easy part. Having to wait while there is processing time is very difficult financially. Wish that part could move a little quicker.

Do NOT like the new format for bills
New format is very confusing (especially as I have 2 dogs), Need to know how much is paid and How much I still owe the Vet. Look at the last 2 bills for Baylee! after you have paid 90% What do I really owe the Vet?

Nationwide Pet Insurance came through for us many times
I'm so glad my work started offering pet insurance through Nationwide Pet Insurance. I thought about getting insurance for my Mastiffs many times but never knew who to choose from among so many providers. After my employer started offering Nationwide Pet Insurance, I signed up, and after the first claim where it took 3 months before I got paid, I learned how to submit the claims properly, and ever since I pretty much received payments from Nationwide within 2-3 weeks after I submitted my claims. It's become relatively easy. I do wish it can be a bit easier as it does take time for me to submit each claim since I can't do it online. I still have to email everything in, but that's better than faxing or snail-mailing it.
