Claim processing time take way too long in my opinion.
At times when quite a lot of money has to be paid to get help for a sick dog can add up to quite a bit, and then not getting claims processed in a shorter period of time (mostly almost a month, if not a month), takes a toll on other spending. Charges for the insurance comes always promptly, but not the payments for the claims. Not good :/ Yet, I do appreciate communication from the insurance company to hear how my pet is doing after an illness, and for that I give 10 points :)

I felt that the reimbursement process could have happened quicker. I turned in my dogs paperwork the same day of the appointment which was only for health and wellness purposes which included shots. I just felt that there could have been. Quicker turnaround is all.

Super Fast and Easy!!
My pet unfortunately was very sick and the Doctors couldn't figure out the cause. Test after Test the bills kept stacking up. I was worried that I wasn't able to afford my dogs care but thankfully Figo insurance kicked in and saved my dogs life. The claim was made and I was paid almost overnight. It was incredible! Thank you Figo for being a champion for our four legged children!
