EMBRACE - Simply the Best!

I am very impressed with Embrace. They are very affordable - yes, the rates increase as the pets age; but still very affordable. I have had accident/illness coverage on my dog since she was about one year of age. She is now eight years old. Without Embrace, I never would have been able to keep up with the vet bills. After my $500 yearly deductible, they have covered everything I submitted at 80% from lab tests, x-rays, prescription medications, surgical procedures, dental work, office visits. etc. For each year you don't get reimbursed for any claims, they put $50 toward your deductible for the next year. I submit my claims online, and their turn-around time is very quick. I have never had a complaint with them in eight years. Also, they dropped some pre-existing conditions after six months. I have friends with pet insurance elsewhere and always hear of their complaints and that other companies will never cover any pre-existing conditions. Embrace has saved me thousands of dollars, and they have saved my pet. I wouldn't go with anyone else, as they are simply the best!! THANK YOU, EMBRACE!

If you need pet insurance this is who you should use

I have a now 2 1/2 year old golden retriever who loves to eat anything not nailed down. I went with Nationwide on a recommendation from my neighbor. We have submitted claims a couple of times - 1 for an emergency visit and 1 for a wellness check. Claims were extremely easy to process - did it right online. Within a couple of weeks i the money due me back in my bank account.

Great service - Claim was faster than the normal 30+ day return.

Excellent service this last claim, the reimbursement came in much quicker than the usual 30+ day wait time. I was very excited and pleased to see that. I'm hoping this is a continuing trend as the 30+ claim reimbursement seems like a long wait.

Amazing!

Nationwide was amazing when we had to have ACL surgery on our mastiff at just 2 years old! Any questions, the customer service team was ready and able to handle it over the phone very quickly. The ease of sending in all of the claim forms for Venus was great and we received our claim check within 2 weeks! We have nationwide for all 4 of our dogs and it is well worth it!

Fantastic

I was so stressed when my Jax had to have major surgery following the swallowing of a river. I worried about his health and also the large cost of his care. Despite a long recovery he is as good as new now. The filing of his claim was the easiest quickest thing I’ve ever done and a few short weeks later I received a check much to my delight. At least something went right through my Jax’s antics with the rock eating.
