It's been simple
It s been simple to submit claims and quick payment although I feel the rates are increased a lil too often. I have 3 dogs with you. It is getting too expensive.

The staff at Trupanion answered all of my questions and were very kind and caring.
After chatting with LaTonya at Trupanion, my mind was at ease after she answered all of my questions. She quickly sent me the receipt via email to show the breakdown of my deductible and the refund they would be sending me directly, as the system to put insurance through at the Pet Hospital was down the night prior. It is great to have pet insurance for times of unexpected illnesses.

Seriously, You Send Me a Survey?
It's hard to believe Nationwide would send me a survey after the way you handled my policy and now will not return the money I put into the policy. You took my payment knowing my pet was older. In addition, prior to taking out the policy, I called NW to see if a pre-existing condition would be a issue and I was told it would not be. Read the reviews on your website, the only good ones are the ones you placed. Nationwide should be ashamed of conducting business in this manner and the only saving grace is a nice class action lawsuit for the way you bilk people out of their money. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to taking out the policy.

Great Plan for Expected Expenses too!!
This is so easy. It’s like a payment plan for wellness as well as accidental coverage. Coming up with $600 for vaccinations and neutering hurts all at once. Makes things a lot easier. 😊. Paid quickly!
