Very slow at sending reimbursements
I received an email about a week ago that my claim (submitted in October) for a veternary visit for Gigi (my Morkie) had been approved. As of today, I have not yet received any remibursement for my expense during that veterinary visit atLArchmont Animal Clinic. This is not the first time this has happened. For some odd reason, I never get the checks you report have been sent. Please look into this problem.

Very nice customer service very slow claims review
I am now waiting over 45 days from my initial claim - have supplied over a years worth of vet records and the lovely customer service people are very understanding of my frustration, but cant get me any updates. I understand a pre-existing condition review for my little girls cancer, but on of the claims was for an attack by a Pittbull.

Love this insurance
I would gladly pay $100 a month, per dog, and hope to never need to use this insurance. Since that is not the case I must say the coverage this insurance has for major medical is amazing and the turnaround time on payments works for me. I’m lucky in that my vet does the paperwork and submits the expenses directly to the company. This probably cuts down on payment turnaround time. Almost always I have reimbursement within 2-3 weeks.
