Glad I have pet insurance!

I am very happy that I have Nationwide pet insurance. The insurance covers most of the expenses. Submitting claims is easy. The peace of mind can't be underestimated.

Consistent and Worry Free

I have two dogs with Nationwide Pet Insurance. My experience has been, positive and consistent with answering claims and I enjoy the peace of mind I have with regular check-ups, maintaining the health with monthly medications and in the event of an emergency with my "furkids".

Seamless and quick process

My vet submits the claim on my behalf while I wait. Response is quick. Very easy. Pre-approvals have also been quick so I have the financial info when I need it most to make decisions. My girl is getting older and has developed some issues. I’m so glad to have the insurance coverage now, when I need it the most.

Very easy electronic submission

Very easy electronic submission. Extremely quick payment and deposit into checking account. Three business days from submission to payment and on the 4th day funds in checking account.

I'm upset

I'm upset because there seemed to be a glitch in Trupanion's system regarding my monthly payment here I'm thinking my fee of 34.99 a month is coming out of my account and it has not been paid for 2 months. Trupanion should pay these 2 fees of 34.99 for Oct/Sept since you had a glitch it was not my fault that the amounts were not paid . I hope this never happens again.... now because of the glitch, I have to make up the payments for September and October and I'm not very happy about this at all Dustin was fine he was only the messenger. It's upsetting because no one called me from Trupanion to let me know what was happening.
