Quicker than my own medical

COVER PREVENTATIVE MEASURES!!

Wish you would cover preventative measures. My dog uses a Seresto collar which would not be covered. It would be cheaper than being treated for Lyme's disease. Also she eats prescription food for urinary issues which is also not covered. I pay almost $65 a month.

Wouldn’t be short

I think it’s the dumbest thing in the world to pay you money monthly for insurance only to have to come out of pocket upfront then be reimbursed. ALL insurances work in a way that they cover a percentage then you cover the difference, not in your case it’s ass backwards and now MY PET has to wait for a surgery she needs because we have to save up the money first. I will be looking into other options.

Fustrating

The reason i listed painful is to try and get reimbursed has been a very Fustrating process. i have the stress of my new puppy not doing well and everytime i submit a claim i have to redo it sometimes more than 2X and still havent received the reimbursement. I know there was an issue with 2 policy numbers becuase i paid up front to get insurance sooner but i would have thought the other policy would be null and void and i would only have one policy number. i like the ease of calling customer service they are very helpful and knowledgeable, not sure what i would have done without them. I'm hoping the process gets better and that she has less vet visits.
