Excellent Service

I am very glad that we selected Nationwide. The vet helpline has been a lifesaver for us in times when we could not reach our regular vet. They always give good advice and are very compassionate. My only complaint is in understanding the payments and what is denied or paid and why. I find that a little difficult to track. But overall we are very pleased with Nationwide and are very pleased with our choice.

Excellent Customer Service

Embrace Pet Insurance was so affordable. I have Wellness plus illness. My claims were processed in a quick manner. They were so compassionate at the loss of my pet. I would highly recommend them.

Very unhappy with reason given why monthly charge increased.

Very unhappy with reason given why monthly charge increased. I was never notified and had to call my bank to question the amount of withdrawal and who issued it. Therefore I am looking around at other pet insurance companies.

I’m so glad I have the insurance because I know I can take care of my pup .

I feel Nation wide is on my side ! No problems They get back to you immediately and reimbursement is quick after you have met your deductible .

Great

We are very happy we got insurance for our puppy. The 24/7 hotline has been very helpful as has all conversations we have regarding packages and payment options. I have encouraged many of my coworkers to sign up with Nationwide since I have had such a great experience.
