Trupanion is second to none!
Trupanion is second to none! Unfortunately I've had to use the insurance many times with my fur boy Colin, and, each time the company has been great to deal with! The vet office sent in the claims online and I paid the remainder at the vet! Before that, whenever a claim was sent in regarding treatment or meds for Colin, it was hassle free...

I was unable to file my claim electronically (my issue, not Pets Best), so I called and spoke to a customer service representative who was wonderfully helpful and nice. I filed my claim on a Friday, and received a check in the mail early the following week. I certainly did not expect to receive payment that quickly. Thank you!! Lisa Fields

Vet filed the claim for me
My wire-haired pointing griffon, Yogi, appeared to have torn some sutures while being dog sat during our Thanksgiving vacation. Our dog sitter took her to our preferred emergency vet here in Denver who treated her and prescribed some meds. That vet filed the claim for me, so it was literally a hands-off affair. Yogi has since recovered in full.
